Physical Therapist & Co-Founder

Tricia McNeil

PT, DPT, PCS, C/NDT

Meet Tricia, Our Founder & Physical Therapist: The Heart of Therapy Accomplished!

At Therapy Accomplished, Tricia, our founder and lead physical therapist, radiates passion, joy, and an unwavering commitment to helping children thrive. Since founding the practice in 2013 alongside her husband, Jason, she has poured her heart into creating a warm, uplifting space where kids and families feel supported and empowered.

Tricia’s journey to pediatric physical therapy began in her hometown of Winnemucca, Nevada, where a high school job at a physical therapy clinic opened her eyes to the magic of the profession. From treating adults with neurological challenges to helping kids take their first steps, she found her calling in pediatric care. “I fell in love with working with kids,” she recalls, and from that moment, her path was set. Tricia earned her Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Health Sciences and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, building a strong foundation for her life’s work.

As a Board-Certified Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy and a certified Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) practitioner for children with neuro-motor impairments, Tricia brings unparalleled expertise to her practice. Her dedication to learning shines through in her extensive continuing education, including courses in gymnastics prehab and rehabilitation, kinesiotaping, aquatic therapy, myofascial release, sensory integration, women’s health/pelvic floor, pediatric pelvic floor therapy, autism, toe walking, wheelchair seating systems, and more. Each accomplishment reflects her mission to provide the best care possible, and she’s especially proud of the moments when a child’s progress lights up a family’s world.

Outside the clinic, Tricia is a devoted wife and mom, embracing the adventure of homeschooling her daughter—a journey that’s teaching her Latin alongside her child! Her family’s life is filled with joy, from cheering at their daughter’s competitive gymnastics meets to traveling for weekend competitions. A lover of the outdoors, she cherishes hunting, camping, and archery with her family, as well as quiet moments listening to audiobooks during drives or connecting with friends and faith at church.

With her infectious enthusiasm and deep love for helping kids, our founder is the heartbeat of Therapy Accomplished, inspiring our team and families every day with her boundless energy and care!

Co-Founder

Jason McNeil

Meet Jason, Our Co-Founder: The Driving Force Behind Therapy Accomplished!

Jason, the dynamic co-founder of Therapy Accomplished, has been the heartbeat of our pediatric physical therapy practice since opening its doors alongside his wife, Tricia, in 2013. With an entrepreneur’s spirit and a knack for keeping the business side of our practice running like a finely tuned engine, Jason ensures our team can focus on bringing joy and progress to the kiddos we serve. His dedication and behind-the-scenes magic make Therapy Accomplished a place where families thrive!

A 2001 graduate of WyoTech, Jason kicked off his career as a master fabricator, crafting drag racecars and streetcars with welds so precise they’re practically works of art. His eye for detail and passion for excellence carried him across the country as a driver for a drag race team, and today, he channels that same creativity into his own business, Liberty Racecraft, where his racecars are celebrated as masterpieces. That meticulous care and drive shine through in everything he does at Therapy Accomplished, keeping our practice running smoothly and efficiently.

When he’s not steering the ship at work, Jason’s all about adventure and family. A thrill-seeker at heart, he’s crazy about hunting, motocross, and drag racing, always chasing the next adrenaline rush. But his proudest role is as an amazing gymnastics dad, shuttling his daughter to competitive practices nearly every day and cheering her on at weekend meets with boundless enthusiasm. Alongside Tricia, he embraces the joy (and fun challenges!) of homeschooling their daughter, creating a tight-knit family filled with love and dedication.

With his infectious dedication, entrepreneurial flair, and heart for family, Jason is the spark that keeps Therapy Accomplished soaring, inspiring our team and families with his warmth and unstoppable spirit every day!

A graduate of Mohave Community College with an associate’s degree in Exercise Science, Angie first joined our team as a PTA in Kingman, inspired by her own journey as a competitive gymnast and a personal experience as a patient. Outside the clinic, Angie is a devoted mom who homeschools her children, a blessing she cherishes for the flexibility it provides. You’ll find her cheering at her kids’ mountain biking, baseball, and gymnastics events, hitting the trails on her own mountain bike, or staying active with workouts. A lover of life’s simple pleasures, she enjoys baking, sipping coffee at local shops, and exploring new restaurants with her family.

With her vibrant spirit and heart for service, Angie is truly a blessing to Therapy Accomplished, spreading joy to our team and the families we serve every day!

With five years as a member of our team, she infuses every session with enthusiasm, expertise, and a heart for making a difference.

Andrea’s journey to becoming a PTA is a testament to her resilience and determination. After exploring nursing, she found her true calling in physical therapy, earning her associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Mohave Community College (MCC). Not stopping there, she went on to graduate with honors from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s degree, showcasing her commitment to growth. A self-driven learner, she stays on the cutting edge of PT innovations, diving into research on the latest interventions, surgical advancements, and progressive techniques to ensure her patients receive top-notch care. Her continuing education courses add to her toolbox, but it’s her initiative to go beyond the basics that truly sets her apart.

Nothing brings Andrea more joy than helping patients take their first steps toward independence. “I’m most proud of getting people who can’t walk back to functional ambulators again!” she beams. She’s a champion for empowering her patients, educating them to advocate for themselves and embrace exercise and healthy living as a way of life. Every child she works with leaves stronger, more confident, and ready to shine.

Outside the clinic, Andrea is a whirlwind of adventure and love. Engaged to her boyfriend of 24 years, she’s excitedly planning their wedding while cheering on their daughter, who’s blazing her trail as a dental assistant with dreams of becoming a dental hygienist. Their family is a lively crew, including three horses (Chili, Firefly, and Jewlz), two dogs (Willow and Eden), and two cats (Kobi and Mouser), who keep their home buzzing with joy. An avid boater and Jeep enthusiast, she’s always up for a thrill, whether she’s hitting the water, swinging a bat on her co-ed softball team, or working out with her love for all sports. Her equestrian skills—mastering jumping, dressage, and the Spanish school of riding—reflect her grace and strength both in and out of the saddle.

With her infectious energy and heartfelt dedication, Andrea is a true gem at Therapy Accomplished, inspiring patients, families, and our team to reach new heights every day!
