- You’ll need a prescription from your doctor to get started.

Does My Health Insurance Cover Physical Therapy?
Every insurance plan is unique, like a gymnast’s routine! Some plans cover 100% of treatments, while others cover a portion. As a courtesy, we’ll check your insurance eligibility and benefits for you, but we recommend giving your insurance company a quick call to confirm costs. It’s the best way to know exactly what’s covered!
What Is Pediatric Physical Therapy?
Pediatric physical therapy is all about helping kids from birth to young adults move better, grow stronger, and shine brighter! Our therapists work with children to improve mobility, strength, and motor skills, addressing challenges from injuries, developmental delays, or medical conditions. We make therapy fun and functional, using play to help kids hit milestones like rolling, walking, or jumping, all in their natural environment like home or school.
How Can Physical Therapy Help My Gymnast?
Gymnasts flip, twist, and soar, and we’re here to keep them landing strong! Our physical therapists are movement specialists (not gymnastics coaches) who analyze movements to spot mobility impairments holding your gymnast back. We focus on:
- Improving ankle, hip, and shoulder pain to keep them moving pain-free.
- Enhancing motor planning for spinal alignment and shaping for that perfect hollow position.
- Assessing skills to identify and address any mobility issues, so your gymnast can nail their routines with confidence!
What Are the Goals for My Child in Physical Therapy?
Our goal is to help your child move with ease, gain independence, and thrive! Whether it’s mastering crawling, walking, or jumping, we tailor therapy to your child’s unique needs. We focus on improving strength, mobility, and coordination while preventing long-term challenges. And yes, it often looks like play—because that’s how kids learn best! We make it FUNctional to keep them motivated and moving forward.
Pediatric physical therapy promotes independence, increases participation, facilitates motor development and function, improves strength and endurance, enhances learning opportunities, and eases challenges with daily care giving.

Is Pediatric Therapy Just Playing with My Child? Play?
You bet—but it’s play with a purpose! At Therapy Accomplished, play is our secret weapon. It’s how kids explore and learn at a young age, so we use it to motivate them while sneakily working on the movements or positions we want to improve. Our therapists make therapy FUN and functional, ensuring every giggle and game moves your child closer to their goals.
